The project is located on Route 99 in Stanislaus County at various locations and involves replacing signal heads, Accessible Pedestrian Signs (APS), and traffic loops within the State Right of Way. All work will be performed at multiple sites throughout the designated area. The proposal form includes ten line items covering standard construction support services, including lead compliance planning, construction area signage, traffic control systems, temporary pedestrian access routes, portable changeable message signs, job site management, water pollution control programs, traffic management system maintenance, and roadside weather information system modifications. The bidder must be a certified Small Business under section 2-1.05, and bid submittals are to be submitted by email only to Justina.Binsfeld@dot.ca.gov. If awarded, the successful contractor will be required to provide payment bonds and insurance at the time of award.

The bidder must certify that the proposal is made without collusion and that all necessary labor, materials, tools, and equipment will be provided to complete the work as specified. The bidding contractor must hold a valid California Contractor's License and provide federal identification or social security number information. The Department encourages DVBE (Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise) participation but establishes no specific contract goal. Failure to provide required information will result in ineligibility and processing delays.
