About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a non-competitive commercial item acquisition to provide an annual maintenance agreement for the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) existing Operetta CLS and Opera Phenix automated imaging systems.
The SOW requires the contractor to provide one preventive maintenance visit per unit, all repairs (labor, travel, and parts excluding consumables), 3-business day response time for onsite repairs, and 48-hour response time for parts. The period of performance is 12 months from the date the purchase order is established. The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price purchase order to Revvity Health Sciences, Inc. by April 25, 2024 based on a technically acceptable quote at a fair and reasonable price. The government is conducting this non-competitive acquisition under simplified commercial item procedures. Responses are due by April 5, 2024 and must include pricing, contractor capability evidence, and required representations and certifications.
