D.2 List of Locations.xlsx

The file D.2 List of Locations.xlsx is a comprehensive inventory spreadsheet detailing 200 Veterans Affairs Knowledge Network (VAKN) satellite downlink locations across the United States. The document lists specific facility details including customer location IDs, room numbers, contact names, cities, and states, with a status indicator for each site (e.g., "YES" or "NO" for presence or configuration of equipment).

The spreadsheet covers VAKN satellite downlink sites in 47 states, ranging from Anchorage, Alaska to Waco, Texas, with multiple entries for large states like California, New York, and Texas. Each entry provides granular information about the specific room or equipment location within VA medical centers and community-based outpatient clinics, such as equipment rooms, IT closets, network rooms, and penthouse locations. The document appears to be a critical supporting resource for the VAKN satellite maintenance contract (Solicitation Number 36C10A25R0001), providing a detailed geographic and infrastructural overview of the network's physical deployment.
