Description: Hollow site to a specified elevation (removed from flood risk) in the area situated between KY-1428 and base of the mountain forming the valley wall of Beaver Creek at the Town of Martin. Raising existing KY-1428 and existing Ice Plant Hollow Road to accommodate and serve the Phase II site and the residents of Ice Plant Hollow and to maintain traffic through the area. Construction and/or adjustment of certain utilities necessary to accommodate the project and provide for future services at the Phase 2 Redevelopment Site.
