About this file

This file is a Current and Pending Support Table template designed for the Farm Production and Conservation - Grants and Agreements Division to document the allocation of key personnel time across multiple awards, subawards, and contracts in compliance with 2 CFR 200.430. The template requires applicants to complete entries for all key personnel involved in grant projects, defined as individuals with primary responsibility for project leadership who actively participate in the project's development, delivery, and management. Key personnel may include the Program Contact, Program Director, and staff whose contributions are essential to project success.

The template contains two primary sections: an "Active" section for documenting current funding commitments and a "Pending" section for documenting requested funding on applications under review. For each personnel entry, applicants must provide the individual's name, funding agency, agreement or contract number (or application number for pending support), total obligation or requested amount, period of performance with specific start and end dates, percentage of time committed to the project, and project title. Applicants are instructed to direct questions about key personnel requirements to their agency contact.
