About this file
This document is a Contract Amendment (Amendment Six) between the Arizona Department of Economic Security (ADES) and Deloitte Consulting, LLP for the Implementation (IM) Services of the ATLAS Replacement Project. The contract involves multiple state agencies and stakeholders, including the ADES Division of Child Support Services (DCSS), Arizona Department of Child Safety, Attorney General's Office, Arizona Superior Court, and Navajo Nation. The amendment modifies various sections of the original contract related to project tasks, definitions, and training requirements.
The contract focuses on implementing a new child support case management system (ATLAS) with comprehensive training and implementation services. Key responsibilities include developing a User Training Management Plan, delivering training to approximately 1,000 users across multiple locations (Phoenix, Tucson, Flagstaff), and ensuring system users achieve a minimum 90% score on evaluation tests. The contractor will provide hybrid training models (virtual and in-person), develop training materials, conduct "train the trainer" sessions for 30 ADES DCSS trainers, and maintain virtual training materials for two years after system implementation. The amendment updates definitions of users, stakeholders, and state partners, and outlines detailed training and readiness assessment requirements for the system's production pilot and statewide implementation.
