About this file
This document is a Cost Reimbursement Line Item Budget for Mariposa Community Health Center, contract number CTR050597, covering State Fiscal Year 2024 (7/1/23-6/30/24). The contract appears to be with ADHS (Arizona Department of Health Services), detailing a budget allocation for a health services agreement.
The total contract budget is $232,535.00, broken down into several expense categories: Personnel ($175,322.00), Employee Related Expenses (ERE) ($49,090.00), In-State Travel Expenses ($2,457.00), and Operating Expenses ($5,666.00). The budget allows for up to a 10% transfer between funded line items with prior written approval from the Program Manager. Any transfers exceeding 10% or moving funds to non-funded line items will require a contract amendment.
