About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Department of the Air Force Headquarters District Washington. The purpose of the RFI is to identify potential vendors with the experience and capabilities to successfully perform the work outlined in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The PWS establishes requirements for contractor services in support of the DC3 Cyber Training Academy (CTA), which provides cyber investigative training to various DoD, federal, and international partners.
The RFI seeks industry feedback on the PWS requirements, risk and opportunity assessments, and recommendations regarding the acquisition approach, including the use of a single IDIQ/Firm Fixed Price contract. Interested parties are requested to provide capability statements addressing areas such as approach, past performance, timeline, subcontracting, and classroom availability. The RFI states that the Government may choose to hold one-on-one discussions to obtain further clarification. Responses are due by October 31, 2024, and all submissions will become Government property.
