About this file

This document is a Sources Sought notice from the United States Space Force (USSF) Space Systems Command (SSC) Commercial Satellite Communications (COMSATCOM) Office (CSCO). The USSF CSCO is seeking industry feedback, recommendations, and best practices to develop the acquisition strategy for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for "LTAC" and "LAISR" L-band managed services supporting tactical and Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (AISR) requirements for the Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal Agencies.

Respondents are asked to provide details on their ability to offer these services regionally or globally, including information on frequency ranges, user hardware requirements, and any limiting factors. Respondents are also requested to describe service offerings at commercial gateways, any required gateway hardware, beam coverage areas, customer user portals, and recommended contract line items. Responses are limited to 5 pages and must be submitted by November 1, 2024 to the identified Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist. Following this market research, the Government plans to issue a solicitation, likely an RFQ, for this new requirement.
