Contract Summary

This is an Optional Use Contract (CSP035518/CTR035518) between the State of Ohio Department of Administrative Services and 22nd Century Technologies Inc for Cybersecurity & Information Security Services, specifically Notification and Credit Monitoring Services. The contract is effective from February 24, 2026 to October 31, 2026. The State of Ohio has joined a NASPO ValuePoint consortium contract led by the State of Idaho, which serves as the administrator. The underlying master price agreement is MA2025001, and Ohio accepted the pricing terms resulting from Bid Number 928, which opened on June 26, 2025. The contract is available for use by all Ohio state agencies as an indefinite delivery vehicle.

The contract covers Category 4 Notification and Credit Monitoring Services. The State makes no guarantee regarding purchase volumes, and agencies may purchase any amount at any time as determined by individual agencies. The contract includes a renewal provision allowing for one-month renewal at the sole discretion of the contracting agency, followed by mutual agreement renewals not to exceed 60 months cumulative unless additional renewal is deemed necessary. An Ohio-specific requirement mandates that the contractor make good faith efforts to obtain approval from the State's cyber liability insurance carrier, though non-approval does not prevent the State from utilizing the contractor's services or electing to terminate the contract for convenience. Pricing, detailed service specifications, and terms and conditions are incorporated from the State of Idaho's Master Agreement and the State of Ohio's Standard Terms and Conditions (revised 03/31/25).
