About this file

This document outlines a federal contract opportunity for MQ-9 Technical Order S1000D conversion and fielding support services. The Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center seeks to convert Original Equipment Manufacturer source data for the MQ-9 aircraft, ground control station, flight manual, weapons delivery manual, and associated commercial manuals to S1000D format. Offerors must submit solution briefs by April 15th, 2020 detailing their approach. Up to three offerors will then be invited to submit detailed technical and price proposals. The selected contractor will be required to convert data to S1000D and USAF standards, make the data accessible in an interactive electronic technical publication viewer, and leverage condition-based maintenance strategies in compliance with DoD directives. The viewer must be accredited for use on Air Force networks.
