About this file

This document is Addendum No. 1 for Solicitation 2025-5, issued by Centennial School District for Long-Range Facility Planning and Community Outreach Services on June 10, 2025. The addendum provides clarifications and modifications to the original Request for Proposal (RFP) issued on May 16, 2025. Key changes include the addition of an "Engagement Strategy" section to the proposal requirements, which must detail specific components, goals, milestones, outreach materials, equity considerations, and engagement measurement strategies. The RFP seeks a contractor to develop comprehensive facilities planning and community engagement services, with proposals evaluated across seven criteria including firm qualifications, staffing, project approach, engagement strategy, references, and price schedule.

The evaluation process will assign points across different proposal sections, with a total of 100 points for the written proposal and potentially an additional 50 points for interviews if required. Proposers must provide a detailed submission including insurance requirements, firm qualifications, staffing details, project approach, engagement strategy, five professional references, and a comprehensive price schedule. The 15-page proposal must not include certain attachments in the page count, such as cover letters, resumes, and reference forms. Notably, the RFP clarifies that the firm selected for planning will not be excluded from future implementation or construction projects originating from their planning efforts, which may encourage more comprehensive proposal submissions.
