About this file

This document describes a solicitation for a monitor display system for a computer room. The solicitation number is 140G0123Q0246 and is being issued by the Department of the Interior US Geological Survey Office of Acquisitions and Grants. The monitor display system would include a dye-sublimation back-lit fabric graphic held in place with a silicone edge sewn into the material. The frame would be aluminum painted black on the corners and be machine washable and fire resistant. LED low voltage lighting would be installed behind the fabric along the top behind non-glare 1/4 inch acrylic. The reverse side would have a black flatbed print. Headers and yellow lines on the front would be transparent so the back-lighting and colors show through. The edge would have a bull nose routering that would overhang the back-lit graphic by 1/4 inch. Each bump-out would require a recessed 4 plex junction box and plug for a monitor, computer, and lights. A separated black textured toe kick recessed by 1 inch would be included along with accent panels constructed of 1/2 inch wood with black laminate that would be cleated and notched to allow extending behind bump outs.
