About this file

This document is a bid attachment package for the California Conservation Corps' request for on-site counseling services at the CCC Delta Center located in Stockton, California. The California Conservation Corps, a work ethic program focused on employing and developing young people while conserving the state's natural resources, seeks a vendor to provide counseling services as part of a comprehensive corpsmember development program that includes work-learn literacy, career development, conservation awareness, community activism, and basic education. The bid package includes ten required and conditional attachments that establish the submission requirements, evaluation criteria, and compliance documentation necessary for contractors to submit proposals.

The cost proposal requires bidders to submit hourly rates for regular counseling and emergency counseling services, with the total contract amount not to exceed $22,320.00, with award based on the lowest regular counseling per hour rate. All bidders must submit proof of commercial general liability insurance (minimum $1,000,000), commercial automobile insurance (minimum $1,000,000), and worker's compensation insurance, with enhanced endorsements required post-award. Additional submission requirements include a payee data record, contractor's certification clause, bidder declaration identifying any proposed subcontractors, and conditional attachments addressing the Darfur Contracting Act (if applicable), California Civil Rights Laws (for bids exceeding $100,000), and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise declarations (if claiming DVBE incentive). The bid submission checklist must be completed and returned with all required attachments to ensure responsiveness.
