About this file

This is a Cost Sheet Attachment for RFP Number 24NC0956, a Safety Culture Comprehensive Assessment contract issued by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) for San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E). The project requires an independent third-party evaluator to conduct a comprehensive safety culture assessment across SDG&E's service territory, which serves 3.7 million people across 4,100 square miles with over 4,600 employees. The scope of work is organized into six primary tasks: (1) Coordination and Monthly Progress Reports, including kick-off meetings, 24 annual coordination meetings with SPD, and 18 monthly status reports; (2) Planning and Preparation, including development of a Stakeholder Engagement Plan, Assessment Plan, Data Collection Plan, and a remote planning site visit; (3) Data Collection across the SDG&E service territory through both in-person and remote processes; (4) Data Analysis including a detailed review and analysis of collected data; (5) Final Assessment including draft report, comment resolution, final report suitable for public release, and at least two presentation deliverables; and (6) Unanticipated Tasks after Final Report, limited to 10 percent or $250,000, whichever is lower.

The total expected budget should not exceed $3,000,000. The cost sheet template provided lists all deliverables by task with unit measures and estimated quantities, but all cost per unit entries are blank, requiring proposers to complete the pricing. The contract involves coordination with both the SPD Contract Manager and SDG&E throughout the assessment process, with flexibility to adjust meeting frequencies based on project needs. All cost estimates must include associated expenses such as travel costs for data collection activities. No specific response dates, award dates, or contract term length are provided in this cost sheet attachment.
