COST PROPOSAL FORM Cosmetology #2026-052-0701.xlsx

This document is a Cost Proposal Form for a cooperative bidding opportunity issued by Eastern Suffolk BOCES (ESBOCES) for cosmetology, esthetician, and barber supplies and equipment. The bid encompasses a comprehensive list of over 1,100 items across multiple categories including hair care, skin care, nails, electrical equipment, manikins, hair color products, retexturizing products, and various professional tools and supplies. The document provides detailed specifications for each item, including brand names, item numbers, and estimated quantities, with vendors required to submit pricing in the last three columns of the spreadsheet. While no specific bid due date is explicitly stated, the form includes instructions for vendors regarding bid entries, alternate product specifications, and pricing requirements.

The pricing structure allows for discounts off manufacturer list prices for certain product lines and requires vendors to provide unit pricing based on the specified unit of measure. The bid is designed to establish a contract for ESBOCES and potential Cooperative Bidding Program Participants, enabling them to purchase cosmetology and related professional supplies at competitive rates. The extensive product list suggests the bid is intended to support educational and training programs in cosmetology, esthetician, and barbering fields, providing a comprehensive range of professional-grade supplies and equipment. Vendors are instructed not to alter the descriptions and must clearly identify any alternate products, with alternates to be evaluated according to the specifications outlined in Section VIII of the bid document.
