About this file
This document is a specifications sheet detailing requirements for Corn Cob Grit procurement, though the specific agency is not identified in the document. The requirements call for Corn Cob Grit #2040 Grade that must be Diamond Cut and Dust Free, with a total quantity need of 160,000 pounds. The material can be delivered in either 4,000 40-lb bags or 3,200 50-lb bags to achieve the total volume requirement. The specification indicates that this material will be used as an essential component in the larval rearing diet of the Mediterranean Fruit Fly.
