About this file

This is Amendment 0001 to solicitation CORHQ-24-Q-0672 issued by the FDIC for VMware Carbon Black Subscription Maintenance. The amendment has an effective date of 02/21/2025 and makes several changes to the original solicitation.

The amendment removes seven provisions and clauses related to minority/women-owned business concerns, equal opportunity, workers with disabilities, and subcontractor approvals. It changes the Oversight Manager from Francesca Savage to Duane Bouie. The amendment also provides Q&A clarifications confirming this is a maintenance-only requirement (no EDR license installation needed), proof of insurance is required post-award, no Statement of Work will be provided, and work can be performed remotely. Additionally, it adds new Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation factors requiring offerors to provide all items with matching part numbers in Attachment B-1 and be an authorized reseller for all items. The submission deadline is not extended.
