About this file

This is an addendum to a copier contract for a school district addressing PaperCut MF print management software implementation and multifunction printer (MFP) specifications. The document clarifies that PaperCut MF is intended for future use and is not currently installed at any school facilities. The district anticipates using PIN-based login authentication rather than card readers for the print management system. The addendum specifies minimum copy speed requirements differentiated by school location: 60 pages per minute (ppm) for both color and monochrome copying at Allendale Elementary, Strong Middle School, and Melvindale High School, while Rogers Early Elementary requires a minimum of 30 ppm for both color and monochrome copying.

The addendum does not address pricing terms, set-asides, or funding information. No incumbent vendor information, current environment details, or contract term specifications are provided in this document. The requirements indicate that vendors should be prepared to quote for a new PaperCut MF installation with details on the number of print servers, user counts, and MFP specifications tailored to each school's operational needs and speed requirements.
