About this file
This document is a product specification and selection sheet from Delta Cooling Towers, Inc. for a TM-115412 series cooling tower, which appears to be part of a cooling tower replacement project for the New Haven Board of Education (NHBOE) in Connecticut. The selection document details a specific cooling tower model with a flow rate of 1,300 GPM, designed to handle a heat load of 6,500,000 BTU/hr and reject 433.33 actual cooling tons. The tower is constructed with a polyethylene (HDPE) shell, features two 15.0 HP TEAO 900 RPM motors, and has an air flow capacity of 99,000 CFM. The tower's dimensions are 102" wide, 198" long, and 178" high, with a dry weight of 6,500 lbs and an operating weight of 12,200 lbs.
The cooling tower comes with several notable features, including a non-corroding HDPE shell backed by a 20-year warranty, a non-clog PVC water distribution system, and premium efficient cooling tower duty motors. The tower is designed for outdoor installation and requires an unobstructed location to ensure proper performance. Delta Cooling Towers offers customization options such as filter/water treatment accessories, thermostatic fan control, ladders with landing platforms, and various other accessories. The company emphasizes its 40+ years of manufacturing experience and ability to provide tailored solutions for specific cooling tower requirements, with the potential to include comprehensive packaged cooling systems that can incorporate pumps, controls, heat exchangers, and other components.
