2.0 BACKGROUND

The Fermi Research Alliance (FRA) is soliciting the feedback of industry on procurement of Cooling Towers. FRA is currently in the design phase of a renovation project for the central utility building (CUB), which utilizes cooling towers. As part of the CUB renovation project, FRA will purchase new cooling towers. FRA is considering directly procuring the three (3) at 1,700 GPM and four (4) 3,750 GPM in advance of the start of the construction for the project.

3.0 REQUIREMENT

To aid in project understanding, FRA has provided plans and specifications for the manufacturer’s benefit. The attached plans show the cooling towers and include a plan view and schedule of the desired physical size and capacity characteristics. The attached specifications describe the materials and features required of each cooling tower.

4.0 SUBMISSIONS

Submissions must include the following: company name; company address; company business size and point of contact with phone number, and email. Interested businesses may submit responses in Microsoft Word (12-point Times New Roman font, single-spaced) digitally.
