About this file

This document is a Contractor Qualification Form for a state-level contract opportunity. The solicitation requires responders to have substantially completed, as a prime contractor, at least one contract of similar scope and dollar amount within the past 48 months. This work must have consisted of large acreage (50 acres or more) of hand cutting and chemical treatment of woody invasive species. Responders must provide details on previous projects, including property owner, contact information, dollar amount, and completion date. The state reserves the right to contact references and reject responses if the responder is deemed non-responsible based on factors such as meeting milestones, communication, on-site supervision, subcontractor coordination, prevailing wage violations, and nonpayment of subcontractors.

The solicitation also requires that the responder's company has not been found in default or had a contract terminated for cause in the last 36 months, and that the company possesses current Minnesota Commercial Pesticide Applicators Licenses. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the rejection of the solicitation response.
