About this file
This document contains responses to questions regarding a federal solicitation for environmental database management support services. The solicitation seeks proposals for a hybrid firm fixed price and time and materials contract to provide database support to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's National Ocean Service Office of Response and Restoration. Acceptable labor categories are limited to those included in the solicitation. While additional resumes beyond the project manager and database manager are acceptable, they are not required. The incorrect schedule of deliverables included in the initial posting has been replaced with a corrected version in an amendment.

Response to questions:
1. Can Labor Categories be added to the Cost Proposal and described in the Business Proposal that are not provided in the solicitation? Specifically, we would like to add a category for an Administrative Assistant whose duties are not described in any of the labor categories provided.
Answer: - No. Please provide your proposal in accordance with the labor categories contained in the combined synopsis/solicitation.
2. Are additional resumes acceptable or desired for categories that are not Project Manager and Database Manager?
Answer: - Yes, additional resumes are acceptable, but are not required. Contractors may choose to provide any additional information they deem relevant to the ‘comprehensive staffing plan’ section of the FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors, Volume I - Business Solution (located in ‘SF-1449 RFQ 1305M223QNCNR0116.pdf’ on page 8 of 60, section A.(a)(3)).
3. Is the Section F.1. Schedule of Deliverables correct? The listed dates in the schedule are already past (i.e., April 1, 2022), and the Schedule of Deliverables cites a “Coastal Modeling Cloud Sandbox” project that is not described anywhere else in the solicitation.
Answer: An incorrect schedule of deliverables was included with the SF-1449 attachment in the initial sam.gov posting. See sam.gov attachment ‘SF-30 RFQ amendment 1305M223QNCNR0116.pdf‘ for the corrected ‘schedule of deliverables’ (located in the clauses section).
