SITE VISIT REQUIREMENTS
1) Each contractor shall be limited to two representatives.
2) All contractors shall maintain social distances while on or in the facility.
3) Each contractor shall have and wear facial covering when in the facility.
4) The contractor/contractors shall be split into groups for the walk-through.
5) Temperature Checks will be taken before entering the facility.
6) If you have any of the following you will be denied entry into the facility.
- Temperature over 100.4 degrees
- You feel ill.
- You or a household member are awaiting COVID-19 test results.
- You or a household member tested POSTIVE for COVID-19.
- Are you taking any pain killers for headaches, etc.
7) Vendors must bring their own pens/pads if applicable
8) All contractors will be responsible for supplying their own PPE (Masks - mandatory) and will not be provided these items by the government. No vendor can enter the facility without proper protective equipment.
