Description/Specifications/Statement of Work STATEMENT OF WORKBelimed 246C Ultrasonic Washer, Installation, and Warranty

1. Introduction This Statement of Work (SOW) is issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 for the acquisition of commercial products and services. The purpose is to procure, deliver, install, and commission one (1) Belimed 246C single-chamber ultrasonic washer for Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, 13 Area Dental Clinic. The requirement also includes modification of the existing countertop and supporting casework at the designated installation location. The contractor shall furnish all equipment, accessories, labor, materials, supervision, transportation, installation services, testing, training, and warranty support necessary to provide a complete and fully operational system.

Background. The clinic currently relies on two small countertop ultrasonic units that do not provide adequate basket size or throughput for the dental instrument workload. The previously considered Belimed 565 PLUS is designed for larger, higher-volume processing environments and exceeds the clinic's operational capacity and space requirements. The Belimed 246C provides the required single-tray capacity in a smaller floor-standing footprint appropriate for this dental SPD.

2. Description of Supplies

The contractor shall provide new, current-production equipment and accessories meeting the following requirements:

a. Belimed 246C Single-Chamber Ultrasonic Washer Manufacturer/Model: SteelcoBelimed 246C Part Number: UC0246C Unit of Measure/Quantity: Each / 1 Maximum Equipment Envelope: 33 in. W x 28.5 in. Provide the standard manufacturer warranty for a minimum of 12 months beginning on the date of Government acceptance.

Provide the Government with written warranty terms, warranty registration, service contact information, and the process for requesting warranty repairs before final acceptance.

Perform all repairs covered by the manufacturer warranty using manufacturer-trained or manufacturer-authorized service personnel and manufacturer-approved replacement parts.
