Contract Award Date: 10 June 2020 Contractor: Avenger Aerospace Solutions Inc.

Description:

The Air Force awarded a contract for T-38 Structural Component Reverse Engineering, in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall provide Technical Data Packages (TDP) and First Articles for the T-38 Select Structural Components IAW the PWS. The period of performance is 10 June 2020 through 09 June 2021 for the basic 12 month period; 10 June 2021 through 09 June 2022 for the 12 month option period I; and 10 June 2022 through 09 June 2023 for the option period II. This requirement was awarded through full and open competition. All Government requirements have been identified and can be referenced in the CLINs listed above. Requirements consist of Contractor Travel, Data, Technical Data Packages, and First Articles. This acquisition utilized a Subjective Past Performance and Cost/Price tradeoff source selection procedures in accordance with FAR 15.101-1, as supplemented. Tradeoffs were not made and no additional credit was given for exceeding acceptability. Award was made to the technically acceptable offer with the lowest evaluated cost/price, which is deemed responsible in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations and whose proposal conformed to the solicitation requirements.

Delivery schedule: Contractor shall provide required items IAW the Schedule listed in Section B of the contract.

Duration of the contract period: The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options shall not exceed 3 years total. The duration of this contract is comprised of a 12 month basic period, a 12 month option year I period, and a 12 month option year II period.
