MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD
SUBJECT: Item Description, C23-059 Container Dolly with Tow bar
The 76 CMXG is requesting utilization of funds for the purchase of Container Dolly with Tow bar.
1. Two (2) Container cart with pneumatic wheels to transport heavy duty 20' long Standard ISO containers.
a. Must hold minimum of 14,000lbs.
b. Must be able to lift at least 40” off of the ground.
2. Two (2) Tow bar
a. Minimum of 15-ton tow capacity
b. Must be able to attach to either the container or the cart.
The Government will coordinate removing the carts from a flatbed when delivered; however, inspection and acceptance is not started or completed until the products are removed from the flatbed and it has been determined that no damage has happened during shipping and unloading.
