About this file
This document is an Evaluation Report for Solicitation No. BPM005278 for TMDL and Watershed Modeling and Application. The evaluation involves multiple offerors including BAS, GLEC, Weston, Tetra Tech, SWCA, and PG, who submitted proposals for review by an evaluation committee. The document contains scoring details across three primary evaluation criteria: Experience and Capacity, Proposed Approach, and Cost Proposal, with multiple evaluators including Patricia Lorenzen, Audrey ridge, Mikayla Baker, and Grant Weinkam participating in the review process.
