VHAECHBrakhB Sticky Note
1) The concrete at the dock entry has begun to sink and there is a trip hazard that also interferes with plowing snow.
VHAECHBrakhB Sticky Note Four of the concrete pads have sunk due to the incorrect drainage to the south. This occasionally causes the area to be a safety hazard when it is covered by a layer of ice. Approximate area 125 sf
VHAECHBrakhB Sticky Note There is a considerable drop-off, (trip/fall hazard) between the sidewalk and the landscaping which is partially caused by the difficulty in making that corner in snow removal equipment. This area should be concreted over level with current sidewalk. Approximate area 175 sf
VHAECHBrakhB Sticky Note One square of concrete sidewalk is cracked and will need to be replaced. Approximate area 64 sf
VHAECHBrakhB Sticky Note With the addition of a cell tower in the sidewalk, it is extremely difficult to get by with snow removal equipment. Sidewalk will need to be widened. Approximate area 100 sf

VHAECHBrakhB Sticky Note Sidewalk was cut and poorly re-placed, one pad will need to be replaced. Approximate area 64 sf
VHAECHBrakhB Sticky Note Damage to curb at driveway entrance.
VHAECHBrakhB Sticky Note Snow removal at the sidewalk around the Chapel would be far easier if there was a connection between that sidewalk and the one inside the fence to the west. (9 and 10) approximately 150 sf
VHAECHBrakhB Sticky Note The quarter-round at Wheeling and 17th place would be best if filled in. Approximately 50 sf
VHAECHBrakhB Sticky Note Paving stones were added to expand the sidewalk, (now broken) so that vehicles can negotiate the corner. It would be safer and last longer as an extension of the sidewalk.
VHAECHBrakhB Sticky Note There are several safety hazards on this corner which could be mitigated with extending the sidewalk. Approximately 200 sf
VHAECHBrakhB Sticky Note One square of sidewalk has sunk to one inch below grade causing a trip hazard and snow removal difficulties. approximately 36 sf
VHAECHBrakhB Sticky Note Broken sidewalk which is causing trip hazard, most likely 4 pads need replacement. Approximately 100 sf
VHAECHBrakhB Sticky Note Curb damage at the south side of the entry which would be better repaired with some changes to the sidewalk so that the problem is not repeated. Approximately 25 sf
VHAECHBrakhB Sticky Note Curb damage, 8 linear feet
VHAECHBrakhB Sticky Note Trip hazard, one inch drop. Approximately 64 sf
