This is an Addendum No. 1 to Contract No. CON26-0051 issued by the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department for vegetation removal services at Birch Lake in Groveland, California. The addendum clarifies project scope and responsibilities for the aquatic vegetation removal work. Prospective bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum and submit it with their bid form by the quote due date of Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 2:30 p.m., with submissions emailed to bridget.webster@sfgov.org. The addendum specifically clarifies vegetation handling responsibilities, correcting language in the original bid documents. City staff will assume responsibility for collecting the vegetation from the dewatering area and disposing of it off-site at an appropriate approved location. The project has an estimated cost of $50,000 and requires either a License A or C-27 contractor classification. This is a Request for Quotes procurement, and the addendum was posted on April 7, 2026.
