About this file
This is Addendum No. 2 to Request for Quotes CON26-0030 issued by the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department for infrastructure work at Camp Mather in Groveland, California. The project involves installation of a tank liner for a water tank with dimensions of approximately 23 feet in diameter and 16 feet tall. The tank has a fixed roof with access only through a port hole at ground level. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum and submit it with their bid form. The bid due date is Tuesday, February 3, 2026 by 2:30 p.m., with quotes to be emailed to bridget.webster@sfgov.org. No pre-quote meeting will be held for this opportunity.
The tank liner must meet all requirements established by the State Water Resource Board, pass inspection, and be super-chlorinated before being placed into service. Spray-applied liner is not a viable option due to the existing condition of the water tank walls. A California State License Type A or C-57 is required for bidders. The cost estimate for this infrastructure project is $142,750. This addendum clarifies specifications from the original solicitation and does not extend the previously established bid due date.
