About this file
This is an addendum document revision issued by the Town of Berlin, Connecticut, for Comprehensive Snow Removal Services at miscellaneous areas. The scope of work encompasses snow and ice removal services across multiple Town-owned properties, including Steele Boulevard, Main Street in Kensington, Town parking lots (including school facilities), the Town Hall complex, and other miscellaneous properties as designated by the Highway Superintendent. The addendum provides clarifications and modifications to the original solicitation requirements, establishing the framework for qualified contractors to assist Town crews with winter maintenance operations.
The addendum revision addresses contract terms, service specifications, and operational requirements for snow removal activities. Contractors must comply with all updated specifications outlined in this revision, which supersedes conflicting provisions in the original solicitation documents. The contract structure and pricing terms, as well as any specific performance standards and liability requirements, are governed by the terms established in the base solicitation and this addendum. Interested bidders should carefully review both the original solicitation documents and this addendum revision to ensure full understanding of all requirements prior to submitting proposals.
