The agency is conducting market research to identify potential sources of existing datasets covering housing units and buildings across the United States, including the 50 states, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories. Vendors are requested to provide detailed information about their data coverage, sources, update frequencies, technical integration capabilities, and sample data files for specific zip codes representing diverse housing markets.

The response should include company information, data sourcing methods, update frequencies, data processing approaches, delivery methods, previous government work experience, use cases, and pricing considerations. The notice emphasizes that this is not a solicitation or commitment to award a contract, but rather a market research effort to potentially establish small business set-aside opportunities for commercial housing data procurement.
