About this file
This document is a Job Aid instructional guide for vendors using the COMMBUYS procurement platform in Massachusetts. The guide provides step-by-step directions for withdrawing, reopening, and resubmitting quotes before the bid opening deadline. Vendors may need to withdraw and resubmit quotes for various reasons, including uploading incorrect files, excluding necessary documentation, or adding supplemental information. The process requires seller privileges within the COMMBUYS system and can be completed at any time prior to the established bid opening date. The instructions walk users through accessing the platform, locating submitted quotes, withdrawing submissions, reopening quotes for modifications, and resubmitting revised bids through the General, Items, Questions, and Attachments tabs available within the quote interface.
The guide emphasizes that quote modifications must be reviewed for completeness and compliance with specific bid requirements before final resubmission. No pricing terms, award dates, contract terms, or renewal options are detailed in this instructional material, as it serves solely as a procedural resource for vendors managing their submissions within the COMMBUYS electronic procurement system rather than addressing a specific contract opportunity's requirements or terms.
