About this file
This document is a job aid that provides step-by-step instructions for creating a quote in the COMMBUYS online procurement system in response to a state or local contract opportunity. The contract opportunity is for a web-based, contactless reservation and point of sale system for unreserved ice time and public skating opportunities at no cost to the Department in the state of Massachusetts. The job aid covers accessing the open bid, acknowledging receipt of the bid, navigating the bid details, inputting quote information on the General, Items, and Terms & Conditions tabs, and submitting the completed quote. The bid has a required date and bid opening date, but no other details on the timeframe or term of the contract are provided.
The job aid does not contain any information on pricing, set asides, incumbents, funding sources, or other salient commercial terms. It is focused solely on providing guidance for the mechanics of submitting a quote through the COMMBUYS system in response to this specific contract opportunity.
