About this file

This document is a job aid that provides step-by-step instructions for creating a quote in COMMBUYS, an online procurement platform used by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The job aid outlines the process for sellers to respond to open bid opportunities, including how to navigate the bid details, acknowledge receipt of the bid, and submit a quote. Key details include the bid requirements, such as the ship-to and bill-to addresses, bid opening and closing dates, and information about the goods or services being procured. The job aid also covers the specific steps for completing and submitting the quote, such as updating delivery details, shipping terms, and payment terms, as well as accepting the terms and conditions.

The document does not provide any information about pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other commercial details. It is focused solely on the mechanics of creating and submitting a quote through the COMMBUYS platform.
