About this file
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the 39th Contracting Squadron of the Department of the Air Force for unaccompanied housing furniture to be delivered to Incirlik Air Base. The solicitation is set aside exclusively for Turkish vendors in accordance with the DECA, with a NAICS code of 337126. Quotes are due on 25 September 2025 at 01:00 P.M. UTC+3, and must be submitted via email to specific points of contact with required documentation including a completed RFQ, List of Materials with prices, and SAM Registration.
The government will evaluate quotes based on lowest price and technical acceptability, initially ranking quotes from lowest to highest and then examining the three lowest-priced quotes for technical compliance. Award will be made to the responsible vendor offering the lowest evaluated price among technically acceptable quotes. Key requirements include NET 30 payment terms, FOB destination shipping, and mandatory SAM registration. The solicitation emphasizes an urgent need for the items, with strict scrutiny of delivery schedules and potential contract termination for failure to meet proposed timelines. Evaluation factors include price fairness and ability to match requested items.
