Offerors must complete Attachment 01 (CLIN Pricing Sheet) and Attachment 02 (Unit Pricing Sheet), with pricing organized across three Contract Line Items (CLINs): CLIN 0001 for Crye Precision Body Armor, CLIN 0002 for First Spear Armor, and CLIN 0003 for Team Wendy Helmets. The price proposal will be evaluated for reasonableness and balanced pricing. Questions must be submitted by 26 March 2026 at 10:00 AM CST to the contracting officers Toby L. Carnes or Jason Cronin. Product samples are not required or accepted, and multiple offers or offers for quantities less than specified are prohibited.

Offers that are not brand name appropriate, and/or are not in compliance with the manufacturer part number and unit description will be rated "Unacceptable." Unbalanced pricing exists when, despite an acceptable total evaluated price, the price of one or more-line items is significantly over or understated as indicated by the application of price analysis techniques.
