Evaluation Criteria

FAR Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. As prescribed in FAR 12.301(c), the following addendum is provided for this solicitation and hereby amends any language therein:

Award will be determined based on best value basis and the ability to meet the Government’s minimum requirements as defined IAW attached Salient Characteristics. If quoting GSA, please identify all open market items accordingly. Multiple awards will not be made. If quoting “or equal” products provide spec sheets for the item(s).
