About this file
This document is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation/Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the Department of the Air Force Air Combat Command (ACC) for Radios, Equipment, and MUOS licenses at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho.
The RFQ seeks six (6) AN/PRC-117G radios with MUOS waveform licenses installed, associated equipment, and two (2) individual MUOS waveform licenses. There is a brand name justification for L3 Technologies (Harris) equipment to maintain interoperability with current systems. The acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside, with quotes due by the date specified on SAM.gov. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price Contract based on a best value determination considering technical capability, price, past performance, and estimated delivery. The contract will be contingent upon a fair and reasonable price determination.
