THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.
Solicitation number M0026321Q1004 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) using the commercial procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Acquisition Circular 2021-02 and DFARS Publication 20200929.
The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Recruit Depot-Parris Island, SC intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for 10 quantity 85” – Video Displays, 3 quantity 65” – Video Displays (Brand Name or Equal to Samsung TU8000 series/Must be Energy Start rated), and 16 large articulated VESA wall mounts to be utilized by the Recruiting Station Raleigh. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement 334310.
The required delivery date is no later than December 30, 2020.
All applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses are contained in SF 1449 M0026321Q1004 attached to this synopsis.
Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their quotes in accordance with FAR Part 12 and additional instructions, conditions, and notices to offerors provided in the attached Section L of the SF1449. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and its addendum provision. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The basis for award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes: (i) Technical capability; (ii) Price; (iii) Past Performance.
Offerors shall complete provision at 52.212-3 Alternate I, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. Clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.204-24 must be completed and included with quote and must provide the country of origin for quoted items. All other additional contract requirements for this acquisition can be found in the attached SF 1449 and Exhibit A.
