Technical acceptability requires offerors to submit a cover letter with company information, demonstrate clear understanding of the CN CTF scope of work, provide pricing for all required Authentic8 part numbers structured per Attachment 1, and include pricing for both the base period and one option period. Pricing will be evaluated for completeness and reasonableness using FAR Part 15.404-1 price analysis techniques. The Government will evaluate the lowest-priced offeror first for technical acceptability; if acceptable, award will be made to that offeror. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) at time of quotation submission and must provide UEI, CAGE Code, Tax ID, and Terms & Conditions with their quote.
