This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for NDARNG 816 MP, Pallet Racks and
Shelving for delivery to 3402 Energy Drive, Dickinson, North Dakota 58601.
This requirement is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W901UZ25Q0722, is issued as a request for quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-04 effective 12 May 2025. This requirement is a Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code is 337215 Showcase, Partition, Shelving, and Locker Manufacturing. See attached Product Description PDF for the requirements.

Terms and Conditions and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To
Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders. The Government will award a Firm-Fixed
Price Purchase Order to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government. The following evaluation factors will be used: technical acceptability and price. As part of the technical acceptability evaluation, the Government may consider past performance information to determine whether the offeror has successfully performed similar requirements in the past. Past performance will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis and may include data from
Government databases, prior contracts, and references.
All offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and Wide Area
Work Flow (WAWF). Lack of registration in SAM will make an offeror ineligible for award. Registration information can be found at http://www.beta.sam.gov and https://wawf.eb.mil.
