Submittal Requirement: Offerors shall submit up to three (3) references for contracts performed for the Federal Government or commercial hospitals.

(3) Factor 3 - Price:

Offerors shall complete a Pricing Sheet with best and final pricing. The proposed price will be evaluated for fairness and reasonableness in relation to the solicitation requirements.

(4) Evaluation Process:

Proposals will be evaluated initially for Technical Acceptability (Factor 1). Only proposals rated

"Acceptable" will advance to the Best Value trade-off analysis. The Government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to request further information if necessary.

(b) Options. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced. The evaluation of options does not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s).

(c) Notice of award. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer furnished to the successful

Offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
