This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number is N0018924Q0694 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-06 (effective 15 August 2024) and DFARS Publication Notice 20240815 (effective 15 August 2024). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses:

The associated North American Industrial Classification System NAICS code is 811310 and the Small Business Standard is $12.5M. The PSC is N049. IAW FAR 19.5, Small Business total set asides, this requirement is solicited as 100% small business set aside.

The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and award for a Fixed-Price (FFP) provisions for the provision of a Hydraulic Lift Repair. The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing required services.
