Responses are due by August 13, 2025, at 4:00 PM EST and must be submitted electronically to specified NIH contacts. The anticipated award is a firm fixed-price purchase order, with the contractor required to provide a commercial warranty, certified technician service, and on-site replacement of malfunctioning components at no additional cost.
