306TH OPERATIONS SUPPORT SQUADRON
EMBLEM
BLAZON
On a disc Azure, in chief three mountain peaks Sable fimbriated Argent, surtout a falcon rising, wings elevated and addorsed of the like detailed of the second grasping in its talons a lightning flash bendwise sinister Or, all within a narrow border Silver Gray.
Attached below the disc, an Red Blue scroll edged with a narrow Silver Gray border and inscribed “306TH OPS SUPPORT SQDN” in Silver Gray letters.
SIGNIFICANCE
Ultramarine blue and Air Force yellow are the Air Force colors. Blue alludes to the sky, the primary theater of Air Force operations. Yellow refers to the sun and the excellence required of Air Force personnel. The falcon and the lightning flash are from the original 34th Operational Support Squadron and represent the unit’s ability to handle aerial operations with both strength and agility. The mountains pertain to the mountain range on the original 306th Bomb Group’s patch and signify the new heritage of the unit.

BLAZON
Celeste (Light Blue), three eagle head silhouettes issuing fesswise from sinister surmounted Gules over Argent over Azure above three lightning flashes radiating from sinister Or and in dexter chief a mullet of four White; all within a diminished bordure Yellow.
Attached below the disc a Light Blue scroll edged with a narrow Yellow border and inscribed " 94th FTS " in Yellow letters.
SIGNIFICANCE
Blue and yellow are the Air Force colors. Blue alludes to the sky, the primary theater of Air Force operations. Yellow refers to the sun and the excellence required of Air Force personnel. The three eagles represent freedom, power and joy of flight. They also allude to values that are attained by the cadets of the United States Air Force Academy through training by the squadron. The colors of red, white and blue show the unit's dedication to the country and its interests. The star symbolizes the unit's mission of solo flights. The three lightning bolts allude to military, Department of Defense and contract support personnel that assist the squadron in mission completion.
