COLLEGE BOARD SEARCH - ACCESS D PLAN (1SEP24-31AUG25) 1 EA

In order to recruit and conduct outreach for USAFA Admissions, the marketing team must build brand awareness among the nation's most high-performing and diverse high school students around the world. There are many high school students who would be a good fit at the Air Force Academy but are unaware of the opportunities provided. This is why the Air Force Academy along with many other academic institutions, seek to buy student records from sources such as College Board. AFA must increase the quantity of student data and any associated parent contact information from College Board to 100,000. The contact information gained will be used to implement direct marketing strategies that will further help Admissions recruit and conduct outreach across the nation. Specific elements College Board supports are;

College Board is the sole provider of SAT scores and comprehensive GPA data for a vast number of high school students across the United States, which is crucial for assessing academic readiness and future success at USAFA.

College Board's data sets are highly regarded for their accuracy, consistency, and adherence to national educational standards, ensuring consistency and reliability in USAFA's admissions processes.

College Board has the largest data source nationwide for SAT test scores and provides exclusive access to standardized SAT scores, GPA data, academic/extracurricular interests, and the ability to filter by geographic markets, which are essential for enhancing USAFA's outreach and engagement to fill the next Cadet Wing class.

College Board's student records can be seamlessly imported into USAFA's existing student information systems (SIS) and software, minimizing implementation costs, time, and technical challenges.

College Board's data is necessary for USAFA's Admissions and academic planning needs, emphasizing its exclusivity and reliability compared to other potential sources.
