The amendment extends the current contract term through July 14, 2026, representing a unilateral extension of up to ninety days authorized under Section XV.M. of the original contract. The contract was previously renewed on April 11, 2025 for a one-year term from April 16, 2025 through April 15, 2026. No new scope of work or service specifications are introduced in this amendment; rather, it continues the existing mowing and vegetation management services under the same terms and conditions as the original contract.

The total contract value for the extended period from April 16, 2025 through July 14, 2026 is not to exceed $75,000.00, representing a $10,000.00 increase from the previous renewal term cap of $65,000.00. Sarasota County will compensate Wilhelm Brothers, Inc. at the existing pricing rates established in the original contract. The contractor is required to submit a signed Human Trafficking Attestation Form as a condition of statutory compliance under Section 787.06, Florida Statutes, and must provide updated insurance certificates covering the contract extension period to the County's Administrative Agent, Teri Stabler. Benjamin Wilhelm, Vice President of Wilhelm Brothers, Inc., executed the attestation form on April 6, 2026.
