About this file
This submittal matrix outlines the submittal requirements for a renovation project at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services campus in Windsor Mill, Maryland. The project includes renovations totaling approximately 40,000 square feet across four areas: Central Building Level 2, South Building Lower Level, Central Building Lower Level, and the Main Lobby in the Central Building Level 1.
The matrix lists over 100 specification sections and identifies the required submittals for each including product data, shop drawings, samples, coordination drawings, test reports, warranties, and other documentation. It indicates the General Services Administration as the contracting agency and provides a point of contact. The related federal contract opportunity details an estimated value between $10-15 million for the project and identifies evaluation criteria for the best value proposal including project management plan, experience, past performance, and price. The solicitation number and response due date are also provided.
